Returns and Refunds

If something arrives damaged

Send a photograph of the piece and the outer carton within 48 hours of delivery to EMAIL@EXAMPLE.COM. It will be replaced where a replacement exists, or refunded in full. No parcel needs to be sent back for breakage claims.

What cannot be returned

Because most work is one of a kind or made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted. This includes:

• Personalised pieces - letter keychains, names on bookmarks
• One-of-a-kind pieces such as painted portrait stones
• Anything made to a commission

Please ask before ordering. Extra photographs, dimensions or a video of a particular piece are always available on request.

Handmade variation is not a fault

Colour, grain, bloom placement and the way resin or ink settles will differ from the photographs. This is the record of the piece being made by hand rather than moulded, and is not treated as a defect.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
