Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch

Orders leave the studio within 3 to 5 working days. Many pieces are made or finished to order, so please allow a little longer around festival weeks, when the studio is busiest.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Delivery estimates

• Metro cities - 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
• Rest of India - 5 to 8 working days after dispatch
• Remote pin codes - up to 10 working days

Packing

Fragile work - resin trays, relief plates, glass candles and painted stones - is wrapped in tissue, then bubble wrap, then packed with fill into a rigid double-walled carton. Candles travel with an extra layer, since wax softens in transit heat.
