Floral Stone Stone Art Pendant on Braided Cord

Two pieces on braided cotton cord. One is a small round stone crowded with modelled flowers in pink, white and yellow over a mossy green ground, hung on a rainbow braid. The other is an elephant's face in blue and gold with red ears and a painted forehead mark, hung on a green and blue twist.

Worn as a pendant, or hung on a door handle or a rear-view mirror — both get used both ways.

• Materials: Natural stone, modelling clay, artist acrylic, varnish, braided cotton cord
• Dimensions: Pendant approx. 4-6 cm; cord approx. 40 cm
• Care: Keep dry. Wipe the pendant with a dry cloth; hand-wash the cord if needed.

Handmade in small batches by Chitra in Dehradun. Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in colour and finish are part of the work.

Dispatched from the studio within 3 to 5 working days. Most pieces are made or finished to order, so please allow a little longer during festival weeks.

Fragile items - resin trays, relief plates and glass candles - are wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and a rigid outer carton.

If a piece arrives damaged, send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and it will be replaced or refunded in full.

Because most work is one of a kind or made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Do ask any question before ordering - happy to send more photographs.

Everything here is worked by hand in small batches. Colour, grain, bloom placement and the way resin or ink settles will differ a little from the photographs.

These differences are the record of the piece being made rather than moulded, and are not treated as faults.
