Welcome Home - Sunset Welcome Butterfly Panel 3D

A door panel. The word Welcome is piped in raised white script across a sky-blue ground, and a large butterfly is modelled in relief beneath it, wings worked in crimson, ochre and indigo with white dotting along every vein. Seed pods and leaves fill the corners.

A second, warmer version reads Welcome Home in mint green script over a sunset ground of orange and gold, with a blue-and-yellow butterfly and a border of white pebbles pressed into the frame.

Every raised line is piped by hand, so the lettering has the small irregularities that machine work does not.

• Materials: Modelled relief on board, artist acrylic, pebbles, varnish
• Dimensions: Approx. 30 x 22 cm
• Care: Dust with a soft dry brush. Suitable for a covered porch or an indoor entrance; not for open weather.

Handmade in small batches by Chitra in Dehradun. Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in colour and finish are part of the work.

Dispatched from the studio within 3 to 5 working days. Most pieces are made or finished to order, so please allow a little longer during festival weeks.

Fragile items - resin trays, relief plates and glass candles - are wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and a rigid outer carton.

If a piece arrives damaged, send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and it will be replaced or refunded in full.

Because most work is one of a kind or made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Do ask any question before ordering - happy to send more photographs.

Everything here is worked by hand in small batches. Colour, grain, bloom placement and the way resin or ink settles will differ a little from the photographs.

These differences are the record of the piece being made rather than moulded, and are not treated as faults.
